i appreciated the hotel's central location it was easy to walk to many attractions. the rooms were clean and modern i found them well-equipped. the staff members i encountered were lovely and provided attentive service.
i experienced some issues the blinds in my room did not close properly. i received an ada room even though my reservation was for a different room type. water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor.

The noise insulation needs improvement. I could hear noise from outside at all times. The windows are not noise-proofed at all. I did not sleep well .

the hotel offered a warm greeting upon arrival the front desk attendant's smile created a cute atmosphere for me i was upgraded to a junior suite with a spacious bedroom plus i found an adjoining study complete with a pull out couch i was very pleased. the bathroom was spacious and included all the amenities.
